What you'll do

• Build relationships and provide person-centered support
• assist with meal preparation, light exercise, local transportation, social interaction, and housekeeping
• provide personal care as needed
• coordinate activities and services
• respond to emergencies according to organizational procedures
• complete documentation and communication
• help provide training when requested
• work across assigned homes in the region.
