What you'll do

• Supervise CARE Team staff and monitor workloads, deliverables, and due dates
• coordinate staffing coverage and scheduling
• support staff during participant consultations
• monitor service quality, SLAs, and timelines
• analyze and report performance metrics
• coach staff
• monitor appointment calendars
• coordinate with departments, legal representatives, and vendors
• oversee document verification and processing
• draft or review member communications and forms
• address escalated issues
• arrange training
• participate in benefit-planning seminars, which may require travel
• oversee assigned projects.
