What you'll do

• Audit payment requests, purchase invoices, and blanket purchase order payments
• review disbursement account coding and invoice calculations
• prepare accounts payable reports and disbursement listings for Commissioner Court
• resolve vendor billing inquiries and discrepancies
• file and scan accounts payable documents.
