Per-Project Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Per-Project Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with field work at project sites; compensation is $60,000–$75,000 per year. What you'll do

• Manage multiple retail construction projects from initiation through close-out
• define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• oversee entitlement, design, permitting, bidding, contracting, construction, store turnover, and closure
• coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, vendors, and developers
• manage budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• review contracts and change orders
• monitor quality, progress, risks, and resolutions
• track project documentation using web-based tools
• oversee material sourcing and logistics
• conduct on-site assessments, which may involve ladder climbing and rooftop access.
