What you'll do

• Conduct virtual patient encounters by video, phone, or secure messaging
• obtain histories, assess symptoms, and develop treatment plans
• e-prescribe in compliance with federal and state requirements
• document encounters in the client’s EMR/EHR
• triage and escalate patients needing in-person care, emergency services, or specialist referral
• follow clinical protocols and HIPAA and telehealth requirements.
