What you'll do

• Own the ICM platform strategy, configuration, and performance
• lead Oracle ICM rollout and expansion
• translate compensation plans into system logic and processes
• oversee incentive calculations and payouts across approximately 130 plans
• partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Audit, and IT
• lead and develop a team of 3–4
• establish governance, audit controls, and compliance documentation
• provide data-driven commission insights.
