What you'll do

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance activities.
• Participate in work control, scheduling, and engineering meetings.
• Address plant and personnel issues with management.
• Administer coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
• Support OP&S processes including training and corrective action programs.
• Travel 10-50% of the time to other clean energy centers.
