The Landscaping Crew Member / Laborer role is an onsite, seasonal position at Newport Naval Station in Newport, RI, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $21.45 per hour. CW Resources is a mission-driven nonprofit that provides services including vocational rehabilitation programs. The crew member performs outdoor grounds and landscaping work to maintain assigned areas, including mowing, trimming, planting, and cleanup. The role contributes to safe, orderly work sites through teamwork, attention to detail, and care of tools and equipment.

What you'll do

• Mow lawns
• edge sidewalks and driveways
• trim around trees and other areas
• weed flowerbeds
• prune shrubs and small trees
• lay mulch or plant seasonal flowers
• clear debris and blow off walkways
• clean and prepare tools and work areas
• report site notes or equipment issues to the crew leader.
