What you'll do

• Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction, site utility, sports field, and synthetic turf projects
• perform quantity takeoffs from plans and specifications
• manage bid deadlines and proposals
• identify scope gaps and risks
• participate in pre-bid meetings and site walks as needed
• solicit, evaluate, and level subcontractor and supplier bids
• maintain cost and bid databases
• hand awarded projects to project managers
• participate in post-project cost reviews.
