Behavior Technician (BT)

The Behavior Technician (BT) role is onsite in Suffolk, VA, with compensation of $20–$25 per hour. Perfect Pair ABA provides one-on-one applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home environments. The technician follows individualized protocols developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), records session data and progress notes, and works with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers. The role supports clients’ growth and skill acquisition through personalized therapy sessions.
