What you'll do

• Support the supervisor with patient scheduling, education, communication, and problem-solving
• provide guidance and process monitoring to staff
• serve as a resource by phone, email, and chat
• answer incoming calls
• schedule appointments in NextGen
• document patient requests in the EMR
• support call production goals
• coordinate workflow and maintain knowledge of site protocols and physician schedules.
