What you'll do

• Provide nursing care within scope of practice and applicable standards, orders, and guidelines
• maintain staff and resident line listings, vaccination records, and monthly surveillance reports
• promote safe infection-prevention practices
• coordinate compliance with the Antibiotic Stewardship Program and infection-control policies
• collaborate on room assignments to reduce pathogen transmission
• conduct surveillance and investigations
• document patient condition changes and follow charting and incident-reporting procedures
• participate in meetings and training.
