The Behavioral Health Therapist works onsite in an outpatient office in Marion, OH. Compensation is not specified. Path Behavioral Health provides counseling and behavioral health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. Under the Clinical Supervisor’s direction, the therapist provides individual, group, and family therapy, develops person- and family-centered treatment plans, and coordinates with clients, families, and care partners to support client welfare and progress.

• Provide strengths-based individual and group therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families

• collaborate with families, physicians, nurse practitioners, case management, referral sources, and agencies
• make referrals

• report suspected abuse or neglect as required

Why this role

Requires an active, unrestricted Ohio clinical counseling license (LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC) and at least three years of clinical experience, including one year in an outpatient setting. A master’s degree in social work or clinical counseling is required, with a bachelor’s in social work accepted for candidates holding a valid LSW license.
