What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site procedures
• respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations
• conduct armed patrols of the retail location, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report suspicious behavior or hazards
• complete incident reports and daily activity logs.
