What you'll do

• Design and evaluate survey questionnaires and digital data collection tools
• conduct quantitative research, surveys, experiments, and analysis of behavioral and paradata
• conduct cognitive interviews, usability testing, think-aloud studies, and interviews
• apply mixed methods to assess comprehension, recall, navigation, respondent burden, nonresponse, and measurement error
• prototype and evaluate web surveys, study websites, portals, and healthcare information tools
• translate findings into design recommendations.
