Corporate Tax Manager

What you'll do

• Manage client engagements, project execution, and budgets
• review ASC 740 income tax provision preparation and audit support
• review complex corporate tax returns and recommend accuracy and tax-saving improvements
• supervise, train, and mentor staff
• maintain client relationships and identify service opportunities
• research tax matters
• use tax software
• and respond to inquiries from tax authorities.
