The role also contributes to club operations by following instructor procedures and policies, responding to member requests, and directing concerns to management when needed.

What you'll do

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes
• maintain required education certifications
• follow instructor sign-in and sign-out procedures
• follow club policies and standards
• demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand
• facilitate member requests or refer them to a manager
• attend department and employee training meetings.
