What you'll do

• Oversee daily facility operations
• ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• lead and support department directors and management staff
• oversee budgets, staffing, census development, financial performance, and operational goals
• maintain survey readiness and liaise with regulatory agencies
• build relationships with residents, families, physicians, hospitals, and community partners
• develop policies and procedures
• support quality improvement initiatives.

Why this role
