Associate Director of Operations

The Associate Director of Operations role is onsite in Allston, MA. The stated salary range is $65,000–$75,000 per year. Tenacity is a Boston-based nonprofit that supports under-resourced youth through enrichment programs intended to help them graduate from high school and succeed in post-secondary education. Reporting to the CEO, this operational and data leader oversees student data systems and school-contract compliance, manages organizational operations, and supervises the HR Coordinator and Office Administrator to support reliable, coordinated program delivery.

What you'll do

• Manage organizational insurance policies, renewals, audits, payments, and records
• lead student data collection, systems, reporting, and Boston Public Schools contract compliance
• support audits, billing, invoicing, filings, and operational accounts
• oversee technology vendors, contracts, purchases, cybersecurity, and staff access
• manage facilities, lease, vendors, and office operations
• supervise the HR Coordinator and Office Administrator
• coordinate HR support and external counsel as needed
• serve on the Senior Leadership Team
• support annual events and special projects.
