What you'll do

• Plan daily and weekly driver schedules
• communicate load priorities, routes, appointments, and service or equipment issues to drivers
• monitor container and equipment activity
• track freight, equipment, calls, and activities in system records
• build relationships with independent contractors
• support driver recruiting, retention, safety, and customer service.
