Accounting Associate

What you'll do

• Monitor account credits and debits
• post and verify customer payments and deposits
• monitor unpaid invoices and contact late-paying customers
• reconcile daily and month-end accounts receivable to general ledger balances
• investigate outstanding invoices and make collection calls
• enter accounts receivable data
• assist with financial department administrative tasks.
