What you'll do

• Lead congregational worship in varied settings
• prepare setlists, Ableton sessions, and congregational elements aligned with church teaching
• collaborate on seasonal services, concerts, and church-wide gatherings
• build relationships with worship volunteers and student musicians
• communicate technical and rehearsal needs to Production
• use Planning Center and organizational tools for planning and volunteer coordination
• participate in staff meetings, theological training, and spiritual formation.
