Product Manager

Job overview

The Product Manager role is hybrid, with three days per week in the Schaumburg, IL office, and pays $55,000–$65,000 per year. The Product Manager turns pharmacy and partner needs, operational feedback, and regulatory requirements into prioritized product outcomes. Working closely with Engineering and customer-facing teams, the role guides requirements, delivery, release readiness, and measurement so the platform improves pharmacy workflows and customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Learn pharmacy operations and hub services
• gather feedback from pharmacists, technicians, Support, Success, and partners
• translate needs and requirements into prioritized outcomes
• maintain and communicate the roadmap
• write user stories and acceptance criteria
• partner with Engineering and design through delivery
• coordinate release readiness
• define and track success measures
• use analytics and customer feedback to guide iteration
• support integrations and interoperability initiatives.
