What you'll do

• Lead architectural programming, planning, demolition plans, elevations, and construction details
• manage multiple projects for schedule, budget, and Minnesota code compliance
• serve as the primary architectural client contact
• guide Architectural Designers and CAD Drafters
• conduct construction administration, including site visits, submittal reviews, and RFI management.
