What you'll do

• Oversee branch operations, staffing, rental fleet, and parts and accessory inventory
• supervise and schedule technicians
• manage individual development plans and workforce skills development
• coach and hold the team accountable
• provide input on personnel decisions
• serve as local health, safety, and environment representative
• maintain safe and operational facilities
• conduct daily toolbox and safety meetings
• ensure fleet maintenance and readiness
• coordinate fleet and staff deployment
• manage equipment transfers
• monitor operational metrics
• requisition supplies, parts, and fleet
• review work orders and coach technicians.
