What you'll do

• Respond to customer and dealer inquiries
• create and update cases
• provide technical support and troubleshooting
• review dealer service requests and documentation
• assist with warranty, service, and repair concerns
• coordinate field service and repairs
• process reimbursements and service claims
• manage recall communications and parts coordination
• maintain accurate customer records
• escalate safety, quality, technical, and customer concerns.
