What you'll do

• Perform resident skin assessments
• obtain treatment orders and administer prescribed treatments
• document findings
• coordinate weekly wound rounds, measurements, care-plan reviews, recommendations, and physician orders
• monitor healing and recommend treatment changes
• collect and share pressure-ulcer information
• maintain skin-alteration records and calculate rates
• monitor preventive interventions and Braden risk assessments
• follow infection-control protocols.

Why this role
