What you'll do

• Plan, develop, manage, update, and evaluate nursing program activities
• oversee program budget, faculty and staff, curriculum, policies, and compliance
• maintain required records and prepare state and Board materials
• coordinate clinical site partnerships, evaluations, and rotations
• participate in faculty recruitment and meetings
• oversee admissions and orientation
• advise and support students
• manage appeals and grievances
• monitor instruction quality and program outcomes.
