The Field Service Technician – Pharmaceutical Filling and Packaging Systems role is based onsite in Raleigh, NC, with domestic and international travel required 80% of the time. Compensation is $40–$50 per hour. Syntegon’s Raleigh service hub supports customer requirements, and the company provides technologies for pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries. The technician installs, tests, maintains, and repairs pharmaceutical systems at customer sites and trains customers on equipment use and maintenance. The work supports reliable machine operation and customer satisfaction through commissioning and validation support, control software updates, and coordination of equipment improvements.

What you'll do

• Support startup and IQ, OQ, and PQ validation testing for new installations
• update and modify machine control software at customer sites
• train customers on equipment use and maintenance
• coordinate machine functionality upgrades
• support customers and customer service and sales teams
• participate in technical training. Work in cleanrooms while fully gowned and perform physical work around equipment, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
