The Senior Vice President, Head of Clinical Operations role is onsite in Morrisville, NC. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Define the long-term vision, organizational design, and operating model for Clinical Operations
• build and mentor the team
• oversee concurrent clinical programs across development stages
• lead global study expansion and CRO/vendor oversight
• ensure delivery within budget and in compliance with GCP
• manage budgets, forecasts, and resources
• implement performance and risk metrics
• improve processes
• collaborate across clinical, regulatory, safety, quality, and program functions
• represent Clinical Operations in regulatory and partner interactions as needed.
