The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite in Greenville, SC, with pay of $18–$20 per hour. The position supports Fit2Run’s store team and helps drive sales and customer experience. The assistant manager leads by example on the sales floor, coaches team members, and supports daily store operations. The role is also a development pathway toward Store Manager, with advancement based on performance and business needs.

What you'll do

• Sell on the floor and deliver Fit2Run’s Fit process
• provide product knowledge, gait analysis, and personalized recommendations
• coach team members on selling behaviors
• help resolve customer concerns
• serve as Leader on Duty during assigned shifts
• support onboarding and training
• execute opening and closing procedures
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
• assist with promotions, inventory, restocking, cycle counts, merchandising, and scheduled store and community events.
