What you'll do

• Prepare and renovate residential units and other spaces
• perform carpentry and finish work
• install cabinets, countertops, and trim
• paint and stain
• install and repair drywall
• complete plumbing and fixture repairs
• perform basic electrical and mechanical maintenance
• handle building repairs and improvements
• troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders.
