Certified Medical Assistant — Otolaryngology Clinic

What you'll do

• Prepare patients for visits, take vital signs, collect histories, reconcile medications, and document visit reasons in the electronic medical record
• set up instruments and equipment, assist providers, and enter test orders under provider direction
• process and sterilize instruments and laryngoscopes
• handle endoscopy equipment
• schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and manage calls and messages
• organize records and results
• maintain exam-room stock and order supplies.
