What you'll do

• Monitor and check assigned residents
• observe, report, and document changes in condition
• respond promptly to call bells
• assist with continence care, meals, daily living activities, laundry, and resident engagement
• observe and document medications and treatments according to the medication observation record and Six Rights
• maintain medication supplies and records
• take and record vital signs
• report resident concerns and occupational exposures.
