What you'll do

• Support students individually or in small groups in general education and resource classrooms
• provide instructional and direct physical support as needed
• use progress-monitoring tools
• assist with supervision during meals, drills, assemblies, play periods, and field trips
• support daily routines and schedules
• maintain confidentiality
• participate in staff development and meetings
• assist substitute teachers when assigned.
