The Residential Maintenance and Remodeling Technician role is onsite in De Pere, WI. Pay is $28–$32 per hour. Toonen Consulting is a growing local real estate investment company working on homes being renovated, prepared for sale, or maintained as rentals. The technician inspects properties and completes a broad range of maintenance, remodeling, and repair projects with limited supervision. The role helps prepare and maintain residential properties while coordinating specialized work and communicating project progress and needs.

What you'll do

• Inspect properties and identify repairs
• prepare material lists
• complete maintenance, remodeling, and property-turn projects
• repair and install cabinets, doors, windows, and trim
• perform drywall, painting, framing, flooring preparation, plumbing repairs, light electrical work, and heating/HVAC troubleshooting
• coordinate contractors
• communicate progress and maintain safe work areas.
