What you'll do

• Develop cost estimates, designs, plans, and technical specifications for repair, maintenance, monitoring, and construction projects
• prepare proposals and contract documents
• inspect, coordinate, manage, and administer assigned projects
• review environmental and feasibility materials and encroachment requests
• develop compliance policies and programs
• prepare reports and correspondence
• review drawings and make recommendations
• coordinate with developers, consultants, utilities, and agencies
• support capital improvement programs
• maintain engineering files and represent the Authority at meetings.
