What you'll do

• Ensure cottage fidelity to KVC’s treatment model, standards, and expectations
• help maintain a safe and therapeutic milieu
• ensure resources and services are available as outlined in client plans
• ensure milieu documentation is completed promptly and professionally
• select, supervise, evaluate, and develop Youth Care Specialists and transportation staff.
