What you'll do

• Complete housing needs assessments and plans
• assist with rental subsidy and program incentive tracking
• help clients gather housing application documents
• research housing opportunities and address screening barriers
• provide housing resources and lease education
• coordinate with community partners
• transport clients to landlords, applications, and unit inspections as needed
• develop landlord outreach
• mediate and advocate with landlords
• document services and complete reports.
