What you'll do

• support group room, meeting, and event bookings
• communicate group details to hotel departments
• assist with rooming lists, billing setup, and event details
• track group blocks and deadlines
• maintain client relationships and sales materials
• coordinate sales calls, meetings, trade shows, and promotional events
• assist at the front desk and with general office duties.
