What you'll do

• Provide individual therapy in person and virtually in an outpatient setting
• use interviews and screenings to support diagnosis and care planning
• collaborate with patients to assess strengths, barriers, and psychosocial needs
• coordinate with community partners and emergency medical or psychiatric providers to support patient safety and determine when a higher level of care may be needed
• document care in the electronic health record.
