What you'll do

• Develop customer relationships and identify self-storage needs
• provide face-to-face customer service
• meet monthly sales goals and metrics
• conduct lock checks and show units
• rent storage spaces and sell merchandise
• manage leasing, accept payments through the point-of-sale system, complete bank deposits, and make courtesy calls about late payments
• clean units and property
• maintain facility areas and fixtures.
