What you'll do

• Support the nurse manager and unit leaders
• guide staff activities and participate in performance reviews, coaching, and counseling as appropriate
• promote shared governance and patient-centered care
• assist with budget development and fiscal monitoring
• mentor staff and support recruitment and retention
• promote clinical competency and professional standards
• and use data and evidence to support performance improvement and operational decisions.
