Associate, Asset Management

What you'll do

• Assess purchased loans and recommend strategies to maximize income and reduce risk
• monitor payments, taxes, and insurance
• restructure credit and repayment terms
• develop strategies to secure collateral
• obtain borrower financial information and prepare written analyses
• support originated loan portfolios
• may support community or consumer banking portfolios
• perform credit underwriting for loan portfolios under purchase consideration and present analysis to the loan investment committee.
