What you'll do

• Maintain, construct, or renovate non-housing buildings, grounds, and equipment
• assist with housing maintenance as needed
• maintain heating and cooling systems, water and sewer lines, vehicles, and equipment
• keep maintenance records and inventories
• support fire alarm and sprinkler system readiness
• remove snow and process firewood
• assist maintenance, housing, custodial, and IT staff
• and promote workplace safety and code compliance.
