The Field Service Technician, Industrial Equipment role is an onsite, full-time position in Bowling Green, OH, paying $38–$45 per hour. The role supports industrial production equipment and facility systems, with a regular schedule primarily from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The technician maintains and repairs production machinery to support equipment uptime and reliability. The work also includes diagnosing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control issues, coordinating with production teams, and supporting customer-site installations and maintenance approximately once per month.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and facility systems
• diagnose issues involving furnaces, washers, conveyors, blasting equipment, robotics, and automated machinery
• complete inspections, adjustments, component replacements, and servicing
• interpret schematics, drawings, manuals, and technical documentation
• perform fabrication, welding, pipe fitting, assembly, and alignment as needed
• support customer-site installation and maintenance trips
• follow safety procedures and identify reliability and process improvements. Overtime and weekend work may be needed.
