What you'll do

• Enter data
• gather documents and information from medical providers and insurance companies
• handle incoming calls and communications
• maintain relationships with clients, providers, and insurers
• organize electronic case files
• collect, bill, and verify insurance cards, medical payment coverage, declaration pages, and health insurance liens
• communicate with teammates about cases.
