What you'll do

• Lead daily contract transportation operations
• oversee site and lot operations, driver deployment, dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation
• monitor service performance and address operational issues
• ensure staffing and equipment availability
• lead and develop drivers, dispatchers, supervisors, and frontline staff
• reinforce safety and regulatory compliance
• coordinate with safety, HR, maintenance, clients, and senior operations leadership
• support new contracts and continuous improvement.
