• Manage, coach, and develop business analysts, testers, and application support staff

• oversee test strategy and quality checkpoints

• manage production incidents, problems, and changes
• allocate team capacity
• coordinate with business teams and external vendors
• modernize analysis, testing, and support practices
• identify automation opportunities
