What you'll do

• Provide evidence-based anesthesia care for pediatric patients
• complete pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized plans
• administer and manage anesthesia during cases
• monitor patients and respond to changes in clinical status
• support preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative transitions
• collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, CRNAs, nurses, and other professionals
• communicate with families and the care team
• maintain clinical documentation
• and participate in quality, safety, and professional development initiatives.
